Analysis
AKCHART is a lesser-known brand in Western markets, but this model surprises on paper for the price: 12GB of RAM (more than most laptops in this range) and a 256GB SSD expandable up to 2TB. It even includes an Office 365 subscription, something rarely seen on budget machines.
What we like
- 12GB of RAM, above the norm at this price
- Includes an Office 365 subscription
- Storage expandable up to 2TB
- 180° hinge for screen sharing
Worth knowing
- Lesser-known brand, no track record of long-term support
- Celeron J4105 processor is very entry-level
- No manufacturer-confirmed weight or battery-life figures
Anyone who wants the most RAM and storage possible at the lowest price, without worrying about brand recognition.
